Obstetrician/Gynecologist

Dr. Glenn Posner is an Obstetrician/Gynecologist working at the General and Riverside Campuses of the Ottawa Hospital.  He graduated from medical school at McGill University in 1999 and completed residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology in Ottawa in 2004. Dr. Posner is an Assistant Professor and clinician educator at the University of Ottawa, having completed a Master's degree in Medical Education at the University of Cincinnati in 2007.  He is the director of postgraduate medical education for his department as well as the clinical lead for Obstetrical simulation at the University of Ottawa Skills and Simulation Centre.

After successfully completing the BMI program himself, Dr. Posner realized the benefit the program could bring expectant mothers.  Above all else, Dr. Posner especially enjoys caring for pregnant women, loves delivering babies and maintains a bustling gynecology practice
