Ingredients:
1 can green beans (drained and rinsed) or 4 cups fresh green beans
1 can canned stewed tomatoes
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/3 cup sliced almonds

Directions:
1. In a pot over medium heat, add green beans and stewed tomatoes. Add seasonings.

2. Remove from heat and stir in almonds.

Nutrition Info: Serves 4

110 Calories
6.2g fat
388mg sodium
12.2g carbohydrates
3.8g fibre
4.2g protein

Sounds good. How long do you leave it on the stove for? Does it need to boil?

Woops! Thanks Bryan!

Just leave it on the stove until it is heated through and flavours from the seasonings seep - no need to boil.

Maybe 3 minutes on medium-high heat.
