Do you feel like you are stuck in the same pattern or rotation of meals day in and day out? Are you looking for some variety to spice up dinner time? Cookbooks are great resources for inspiration but if you want to start small, try this tip…

 

Let’s start with fresh produce. We find that a lot of individuals and families tend to make similar vegetable dishes each night.Steamed broccoli, carrots and peas or a salad.

 

Why not approach this change with a fun game? Once a week, when you are stocking up on your groceries, choose one new vegetable that you have never tried before (or haven’t had in a long time). You may even have to do a quick Google search to find out the best way to prepare it. Who knows, you may discover your new favourite food!
