Leftovers for Breakfast

Do you ever eat leftover food for breakfast? Not necessarily leftover lasanga or meat and potatoes, but something you can prepare the night before and have ready to go in the morning. This idea can save you time, effort and stress in the early chaos that the alarm clock brings each day.

Try something like overnight oats, leftover veggies cooked into an omelet, chia seed pudding, hard boiled eggs (you can microwave them if you don’t like them cold), Greek yogurt with frozen berries thawed overnight, muffin tin egg cups, or high protein breakfast muffins!

All of these can be prepared ahead and used as a “leftover” when you are crunched for time the next morning. Enjoy!
